Done as part of the HyStarter Project this is the first of 9 painted sequences that that show concepts of how a local energy and transport transition with hydrogen and fuel cell technology can look like.
This project was done with Spilett new technologies as part of a bigger project from the German Federal Ministry of Transport (BMVI) involving 24 municipalitites and regions in Germany.
Amongst those 9 regions Schaumburg was the first to be supported with this sequence. The rather complex changes within the region include a Mobility Hub, a Hydrogen gas station and harbor as well as a PVA field on top an old mine shaft and a pyrolysis facility. All Elements were sequentially added roughly following the planned schedule and finished with the final stage of implementation.
The illustration was iterated with the feedback given by the local community and was shown during the final dialog session as a 2000x500cm poster.
